To strengthen customer relationships and ensure the optimal implementation of digital solutions within port operations, the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Pelindo Solusi Digital conducted a working visit to Tanjung Perak Port Region 3 in Surabaya. This visit demonstrates the company's commitment to directly understanding customer needs, improving service quality, and ensuring the digital solutions developed provide added value to port operations.

In an effort to strengthen synergy with customers and ensure the optimal implementation of digital solutions within port operations, the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Pelindo Solusi Digital conducted a working visit to Region 3 of Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya.
The visit included several strategic locations within Tanjung Perak Port, including the Berlian Container Terminal, the Gapura Surya Nusantara Passenger Terminal, and the Integrated Planning and Control facility. Through this visit, the company gained a more comprehensive understanding of operational processes, port services, and the challenges and needs faced by customers in the field. This activity is part of the company's commitment to implementing a "winning customer heart" approach by strengthening engagement with stakeholders. By building closer communication and directly understanding customer needs, the company continuously strives to provide relevant solutions, improve service quality, and create sustainable and value-added customer relationships. During the visit, Pelindo Solusi Digital reviewed the implementation and performance of digital products used to support terminal operations in real time and in an integrated manner. One of the products reviewed was PTOS-PK (Pelindo Terminal Operating System – Container), a terminal operating system developed to organize, manage, and monitor container terminal operational activities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Furthermore, management also reviewed the implementation of PTOS-R (Pelindo Terminal Operating System – RoRo), a port digitalization system that supports the operational management of Passenger Terminals and Roll-In-Roll-Out Vessels to ensure more effective, standardized, and integrated business processes.

Agus Dharmawan, Director of Commercial and Business Development at Pelindo Solusi Digital, emphasized that this visit was part of the company's commitment to ensuring that every digital solution developed has a tangible impact on improving operational effectiveness, service quality, and the competitiveness of the national port ecosystem.
"Through this visit, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the operational needs and challenges faced by users in the field, so that the implementation of PTOS-PK and PTOS-R can run optimally, provide sustainable added value, and support the creation of increasingly integrated, efficient, and data-driven business processes.
Furthermore, this agenda is also part of Pelindo Solusi Digital's efforts to strengthen strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders.
