This portal serves as an online platform for the public and stakeholders to obtain corporate public information, reflecting ILCS’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and openness in line with good corporate governance practices.

As part of the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Group, ILCS upholds its obligation to provide public information in accordance with Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure (KIP). Through e-PPID, ILCS ensures that information under the company’s authority is made accessible, accurate, transparent, and compliant with applicable regulations, except for information categorized as confidential or excluded.

Requirements for Information Requests

To submit a public information request through ILCS e-PPID, applicants are required to:

1. Complete the available information request form.

2. Provide clear and complete personal identification.

3. Attach a copy of a valid ID (KTP, Family Card, Driver’s License, Student Card, or University Card).

4. Include a valid address and contact number.

5. Specify clearly the type of information requested.

6. State the purpose and intended use of the requested information.

7. Attach a letter of assignment/mandate if the request is submitted on behalf of an institution or legal entity.

Public Information Service Hours

ILCS public information service is available during:

• Monday – Friday : 09.00 – 16.00 WIB
  (Break: 12.00 – 13.00 WIB)

• Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays
