Pelindo Solusi Digital officially introduced RCSA AI, the first artificial intelligence-based innovation designed to strengthen risk management processes within the Pelindo Group. The introduction of this technology marks the company's strategic move to take digital transformation to the next level, delivering a faster, more precise, and more adaptive risk assessment process to the dynamics of the port industry.
PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS), or Pelindo Solusi Digital, officially launched RCSA AI (Risk & Control Self-Assessment based on Artificial Intelligence), a pioneering innovation in the use of artificial intelligence technology within the Pelindo Group. The application went live on Monday, November 17, 2025, and is Pelindo Solusi Digital's first product specifically utilizing AI technology to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of risk management processes across all business lines. With the introduction of RCSA AI, Pelindo Group is entering a new phase of digital transformation, delivering a faster, more accurate, and more adaptive risk assessment process to meet the challenges of the port industry.
RCSA AI was developed to address the challenges of the risk assessment process, which has traditionally been performed manually. This innovation serves as an analytical tool that provides more intelligent and structured recommendations. By integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning technology, RCSA AI is able to automatically identify risks, provide more targeted mitigation recommendations, and generate report documents in a uniform, fast, and accurate format. This innovation not only improves the quality and consistency of risk assessments but also accelerates the decision-making process across all implementing units.
The selection of the RCSA as the initial stage of AI implementation is not without reason. This document plays a strategic role as a mandatory requirement in the preparation of investments and various corporate actions of the Pelindo Group, ensuring that the benefits of AI implementation can be directly felt by business units, particularly in improving the quality of risk analysis.
