PT ILCS has officially launched the Parama application at Teluk Bayur and Jambi ports to support the digital transformation of Pelindo Group’s port services. As a web-based customer portal, Parama enables users to manage container service transactions independently with a more modern and user-friendly experience. This initiative reflects ILCS’s ongoing commitment as Pelindo’s IT Solution Provider to deliver reliable, efficient, and integrated digital systems across Indonesia’s ports.
The digital transformation of port services continues to accelerate. This time, the Parama application has been officially launched at two strategic ports owned by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), namely Teluk Bayur and Jambi. The launch marks another step in PT ILCS’s ongoing efforts to improve service quality and operational efficiency within the Pelindo Group.
Parama is developed as a customer portal using web-based technology, enabling users to independently conduct container service transactions. Featuring a modern interface and user-friendly navigation, Parama offers a new and improved experience for port service users.
This launch is strongly supported by PT ILCS, acting as the IT Solution Provider for PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), in delivering a more reliable, efficient, and integrated digital system. ILCS plays a key role in ensuring that the Parama system can be optimally implemented across various Pelindo operational areas, including Teluk Bayur and Jambi.
“We at ILCS are committed to continuously supporting Pelindo’s digitalization initiatives. Parama is a tangible result of our collaboration to deliver more modern and transparent port services,” said the GM of Container Terminal Digital Solution.
One testimonial came from Anggun, a representative of PT Arlisco Putra Perkasa at Teluk Bayur Port. She stated, “The Parama application has significantly simplified my work, especially in container data entry. The system also introduces new features that were not available in the previous server-based system. With its appealing interface, the data input process is much easier to understand. I hope innovations like this will continue to be developed in the future.”
By leveraging technology, PT ILCS remains committed to supporting the Pelindo Group in creating port service systems that are reliable, efficient, and integrated. The launch of Parama in Teluk Bayur and Jambi is a clear manifestation of a digital transformation focused on enhancing service quality for port users.
