In support of uninterrupted logistics flow during the 2025 Eid homecoming period, PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) has established the Eid IT Service Post 2025, a strategic initiative to maintain the performance and reliability of information technology services within the Pelindo Group ecosystem. This initiative aims to ensure the stability of port system operations so that logistics activities continue to run optimally amid the increased traffic during the Eid holiday season.

Jakarta– In support of uninterrupted logistics flow during the 2025 Eid homecoming period, PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) has established the Eid IT Service Post 2025, a strategic initiative to maintain the performance and reliability of information technology services within the Pelindo Group ecosystem. This initiative aims to ensure the stability of port system operations so that logistics activities continue to run optimally amid the increased traffic during the Eid holiday season.

Carrying the theme “Silaturahmi Digital 2025: Close at Heart, Supported by IT”, ILCS is committed to intensive system monitoring and proactive measures to maintain IT service performance, including infrastructure and digital port applications. The service post will operate 24/7 throughout the Eid period, involving hundreds of personnel focused on optimizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and mitigating potential service disruptions.

“ILCS continuously strives to deliver the best possible services in supporting the national logistics ecosystem, especially in ensuring smooth port operations during the busy Eid travel period. Through the Eid Service Post 2025, we aim to guarantee that all IT systems used by Pelindo Group remain operational and deliver excellent service to all stakeholders,” said Natal Iman Ginting, President Director of ILCS.

Natal further emphasized that ILCS’s readiness to handle increased port activity is a result of close synergy with the Pelindo Group and key strategic partners. With a real-time monitoring system and a dedicated team on standby, ILCS ensures that all digital services remain accessible and fully functional during the holiday season.
