PT ILCS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CyberLogitec Global virtually through the zoom application, Friday (5/3/21)
The MoU was carried out by Heru Satrio as President Director of PT Integration Logistik Cipta Solusi and Hyung-Chul Choi as Managing Director of CyberLogitec Global Pte. Ltd.
CyberLogitec Global Pte. Ltd. itself is an IT solution provider company for the maritime and logistics industry located in Singapore.
The signing of this MoU makes ILCS the exclusive partner of CyberLogitec Global Pte. Ltd. to provide this Single TOS solution in all areas of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I, II, III, and IV (Persero) including its branches and subsidiaries.
The Single TOS solution or currently known as OPUS Terminal M is capable of handling all types of cargo ships including containers, bulk, and RORO. The first phase will be implemented in three terminals, namely, Tanjung Priok 003 International Terminal, T009, and Banten Terminal.
CyberLogitec Global will also conduct training and transfer knowledge to the ILCS team in order to build a reliable ILCS team so that they can independently implement and provide good Single TOS solution services.
ILCS will also white label or rebrand this Single TOS to “TOS Nusantara” in accordance with the name proposed by the President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero).
The signing of the agreement will be carried out no later than March 31, 2021 for a period of two years and will be extended after a review process with the agreement of both parties.
ILCS has a vision to become a reliable Single TOS Implementor & Provider in Indonesia and even abroad.
