In commemoration of Kartini Day, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo together with PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (Pelindo Solusi Digital) presents the Her Impact program as a concrete manifestation of the company's commitment to encouraging the empowerment of women, especially MSMEs, to be more adaptive and competitive in the era of digital transformation. This program is part of the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) initiative that focuses on increasing capacity, digital literacy, and strengthening the role of women in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Jakarta, April 21 - In commemoration of Kartini Day, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo, along with PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi or Pelindo Solusi Digital, are collaborating through their Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program to present the Her Impact program, an empowerment initiative aimed at strengthening the capacity of women in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) so they can adapt and thrive amidst the acceleration of digital transformation.This program is attended by female MSMEs under Pelindo's guidance as part of the company's commitment to fostering women's economic independence.

Through Her Impact, participants are equipped with an understanding of digital platform utilization, marketing communication strategies, and skills development in creating effective creative content as a means of expanding their business promotional reach. Agus Dharwaman, Director of Commercial & Business Development at Pelindo Solusi Digital, in his remarks, stated that women play a strategic role in driving economic growth, particularly through their contributions to the micro, small, and medium enterprise sector. According to her, the Kartini Day celebration serves as a reminder and reinforces the company's commitment to continue presenting programs that have a real impact on women's empowerment in various sectors.


"Digital transformation is no longer an option, but a necessity. Through Her Impact, we want to encourage women-owned MSMEs to become more digitally literate, able to utilize various platforms, and expand their market reach globally," he said.

Meanwhile, Ilham Leman, Department Head of Corporate Social and Environmental Affairs at Pelindo, also stated that "Through the Her Impact program, Pelindo is not only encouraging increased capacity among women MSMEs in the digital era, but also strengthening the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, particularly in terms of gender equality and social inclusion, by opening wider access for women to become economically independent and maintain sustainable competitiveness amidst the ever-evolving business transformation," he added.

This program featured Endah Ansoerodin, owner of the culinary business Dapur Sunda, who shared her experiences in building a business while adapting to developments in digital technology. In this session, participants gained insights into the importance of business resilience, innovation, and courage in seizing new opportunities amidst changing market behavior. Malaikha Dayanara also presented on effective digital content strategies to increase sales and strengthen the brand identity of MSMEs on digital platforms.

Through this session, participants gained a practical understanding of how to build more relevant communications with consumers through social media and other digital channels.Through Her Impact, Pelindo Group hopes to continue encouraging the emergence of women MSMEs who are adaptive, innovative, and ready to compete in an increasingly competitive market, while strengthening women's contribution to driving sustainable national economic growth.
