This commitment is realized through the Campus Field Trip Champion Innovation Challenge (I-CON) 3.0, a Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program in the Education Sector designed to strengthen synergy between industry and universities through hands-on learning experiences in port operational environments.

The I-CON 3.0 Campus Field Trip Champion program is a continuation of the Innovation Challenge (I-CON) 3.0 series, which was attended by top students from the University of Indonesia (UI), the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS).

Through this program, participants had the opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the business processes and operations of modern ports through visits to the IPC TPK Ocean Going Operations Terminal 3, the Planning & Control Room, and the Maritime Museum. The event also included a Technology Behind the Port session, which introduced how digital technology supports port operations, and a Career Insight & Professional Sharing session, which provided insight into competencies, career opportunities, and challenges in the digital maritime industry.

Dimas Giri Prabowo, Corporate Secretary of Pelindo Solusi Digital, stated that collaboration between industry and universities is a long-term investment in developing human resources capable of driving Indonesia's digital transformation. In this activity, Pelindo Solusi Digital Warriors contributed as resource persons, sharing insights and experiences with students regarding digital transformation in the port sector. Through the Technology Behind the Port session, participants gained an understanding of the role of digital systems, data integration, and information technology in supporting modern, efficient, and integrated port operations. Meanwhile, in the Career Insight & Professional Sharing session, students were given experience with industry dynamics, competencies needed in the workplace, and the importance of developing an adaptive mindset, a spirit of continuous learning, and collaboration to face the rapid development of technology.

The Student Affairs Manager of the University of Indonesia, Dr. Anna Amalyah Agus, S.E., M.B.A., expressed her appreciation for the collaboration established by Pelindo Solusi Digital in providing a learning space that connects theory in college with practice in the industrial world.
