Jakarta, June 20, 2025 – PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS), a subsidiary of Pelindo Group, closed the year 2024 with remarkable performance, reflecting the successful and consistent implementation of its digital transformation strategy. Throughout the 2024 fiscal year, ILCS recorded operating revenues of IDR 792 billion and net profit of IDR 56.4 billion. This achievement was supported by strong operational efficiency, as indicated by an Operating Ratio of 91.5% and EBITDA of IDR 75 billion. The company’s audited financial statements also received an “Unqualified Opinion” from the Public Accounting Firm, indicating that ILCS has maintained transparent and accountable financial governance in accordance with applicable standards.
On the product development front, ILCS made significant progress in implementing various strategic digital solutions across the Pelindo Group environment. Flagship products such as Phinnisi, TOS Nusantara, PTOS-C, PTOS-M, Single ERP, Gate Pass, and PTOS-R were successfully deployed across multiple national port operations. Additionally, ILCS completed the integration of 18 operational support applications as part of the Pelindo Hub Integration initiative. This step not only accelerated logistics process digitalization but also reinforced ILCS's role as the technological backbone of the Pelindo Group ecosystem.
