PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) continues to strengthen its position as a key pillar in the digitalization of Indonesia’s ports. ILCS has officially launched the Go Live of the Terminal Operating System (TOS) Nusantara at the Jayapura Container Terminal, managed by PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. This strategic move is part of ILCS’s commitment to the Pelindo Group in delivering integrated port technology solutions across Indonesia to accelerate the logistics supply chain.
TOS Nusantara is an international-standard container terminal operating system developed by ILCS to meet the demand for innovative, efficient, and easy-to-implement terminals. This system provides terminal visibility through 3D visualization, real-time data-driven planning and operational control, and advanced features that enhance terminal management efficiency. TOS Nusantara consists of several service systems, including Single TOS (Palapa), Single Billing (Praya), Customer Portal (Parama), and Gate System, all designed to improve efficiency and transparency in port services. By optimizing these processes, TOS Nusantara not only enhances the national supply chain efficiency but also acts as a catalyst for domestic and international trade growth.
As the backbone of port digitalization, ILCS has successfully implemented TOS Nusantara in 13 Pelindo container terminals, including T009 Priok, TPM, Ambon, Pontianak, Makassar New Port, Palembang, Belawan, Panjang, Bitung, Teluk Bayur, Jambi, Kupang, and now Jayapura. By standardizing systems across multiple ports, ILCS ensures that digital transformation is optimally executed from the western to the eastern regions of Indonesia.
General Manager of Pelindo Jayapura Branch, Ramdhan Affan Kiai Demak, emphasized ILCS’s crucial role in supporting port digitalization, stating: “From service requests to loading and unloading activities, everything is now digital. This significantly simplifies transactions for service users. With TOS Nusantara now in Jayapura, we hope to see an even greater impact, especially in the container sector, and to further facilitate national trade.”
Terminal Head of TPK Jayapura, Agus Setiawan Nazar, also praised the system’s implementation for enhancing terminal efficiency and effectiveness: “With TOS Nusantara, we can monitor all operational movements end-to-end through its 3D visualization feature. Additionally, the system’s productivity tools allow us to track various operational information in real-time, ensuring faster service delivery and positively impacting the smooth distribution of goods.”
The successful Go Live of TOS Nusantara in Jayapura is a testament to ILCS’s commitment to digital transformation and operational efficiency, aligning with Pelindo’s vision to become a world-class integrated maritime ecosystem leader. Dimas Giri Prabowo, Corporate Secretary of ILCS, stated: “Aligned with ILCS’s mission to support the digital transformation of Indonesia’s logistics ecosystem, TOS Nusantara plays a vital role in enhancing national competitiveness on a global scale. By extending implementation to Eastern Indonesia, ILCS actively contributes to building a more efficient, transparent, and highly competitive digital ecosystem.”
