and Logistics was appointed as an IT Solution Provider within the Pelindo Group, on January 12 2022, through a decree from Board of Directors No. SI.02/12/1/1/PPIT/UTMA/PLND-22

Jakarta, September 13, 2022- PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) will take corporate action on October 1, 2021
in the form of a company merger. A merger is a process of merging two or more companies into
one company, where the company takes by uniting shares in the form of assets and assets
non-assets of the merged company.
ILCS is one of Pelindo's subsidiaries which focuses on IT services on Port digitization services
and Logistics was appointed as an IT Solution Provider within the Pelindo Group, on January 12 2022, through a decree
Board of Directors No. SI.02/12/1/1/PPIT/UTMA/PLND-22. PT Integration Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) is a company
which provides IT service solutions, Information System development, electronic data exchange services,
electronic payments, and maintenance and operation of systems for Ports and the logistics community
in Indonesia.
The appointment of ILCS as an IT service provider in order to accelerate and streamline IT systems in
Pelindo Group environment. PT. ILCS is trusted to map the role of Pelindo Group's IT services, with Pelindo
role as IT Strategic Business Alignment and ILCS as IT Solution Provider (IT Consulting,
Application Management, & Infrastructure Management).
The growing need for digitalization-based business transformation requires a consolidator,
implementors, and IT service operators centrally so as to create business development
inorganic by consistently supporting digital transformation in Ports and logistics.
With this, it is hoped that the provision of IT services can be run more optimally and support
Port digital transformation is fast and precise.
