Thursday 30 June 2022, ILCS officially started the “One Tumbler, Life's Better” program in the office environment.
The movement to reduce plastic waste is packaged in the CSR program or Environmental Social Responsibility where ILCS provides tumblers and stainless straws, and all ILCS employees are required to reduce single-use plastic waste in the office area.

Garbage is still a complicated problem that the DKI Provincial Government (Pemprov) has to deal with, currently there are 7,600 tons of waste that must be transported every day to the Bantargebang Integrated Waste Processing Site (TPST), with the amount of plastic waste being 14% of the total volume of waste.

For waste reduction, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government launched the SAMTAMA or Joint Responsibility Waste movement. The purpose of this movement is to invite the community to actively participate in waste sorting and reducing it.

In order to support government programs to keep trying to reduce the number of waste in Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta, ILCS has participated in making a movement to reduce plastic waste in the office environment.

ILCS also invited a resource person, namely Fei Febri as CEO of the Bersinar Waste Bank, an integrated waste management center in the Bandung area, West Java. This Environmental CSR is run directly by Ganda Pradita as the Corporate Secretary of PT ILCS.

It is hoped that in the future, this program can help the community and of course the DKI Jakarta government to participate in reducing plastic waste and the implementation of this program can support improving the quality of a healthy environment and changing the lifestyle of employees.
