Port logistics is now not only revolves around conventional matters, but has become more advanced by involving technology in logistics and ports to facilitate services.
PT ILCS as a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, as an IT Solution Provider procurement company in the field of port logistics in Indonesia, has collaborated with PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim.
Cooperation that has been carried out is by providing information technology services within PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim in the form of IT Service Desk applications, infrastructure services, and integrated service information systems to support operational activities. Both parties mutually agree to the agreement that has been made while still referring to the cooperation agreement with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (Good Corporate Governance).
In addition, the purpose of holding this form of cooperation is expected to be able to optimize the business potential and resources owned by both parties to create synergy and business integration.
With the signing of the MoU on the cooperation in providing information technology services between PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim and PT ILCS, it is hoped that it can become an IT solution in the port and logistics sector to advance the port economy in Indonesia.
