Through strategic collaboration with Pelindo Group and the Indonesian Navy’s Fleet Command, the company helped accelerate the delivery of food supplies, hygiene kits, and other basic necessities to critical areas. JAKARTA, 1 Desember 2025 - Pelindo Solusi Digital has strengthened its contribution to national humanitarian efforts by distributing aid to communities affected by floods and landslides in West Sumatra, North Sumatra, and Aceh. This initiative is part of Pelindo Group’s commitment to supporting disaster response efforts through cross-agency collaboration.

The assistance was delivered in the form of essential relief packages containing ready-to-eat food, baby food, hygiene supplies, and other basic necessities. The aid was mobilized and distributed through a strategic partnership between Pelindo Group and the Indonesian Navy under the Fleet Command of the Republic of Indonesia.

The distribution process was centralized at the Humanitarian Command Post of the Indonesian Navy’s Fleet Command Headquarters before being deployed to affected areas requiring immediate support. The strengthened role of the Indonesian Navy in the delivery chain enables faster access to remote locations impacted by infrastructure damage and adverse weather conditions.

Colonel (Navy) Djoko Prijatin emphasized that the synergy between Pelindo Group and the Indonesian Navy plays a critical role in ensuring effective aid distribution. “This collaboration accelerates distribution and ensures that assistance reaches critical points in a more coordinated manner. We appreciate the support from Pelindo Solusi Digital in reinforcing the ongoing humanitarian operations,” Djoko stated.
