PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (PT ILCS or ILCS) was established in Jakarta on September 21, 2012 as a company that provides  information services, document exchange, and  electronic payments to the logistics community  (logistics owners and actors) in Indonesia.

The establishment of PT ILCS is the initiation  of 2 (two) well-known SOEs in the port  and telecommunications industry, namely PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (IPC) and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) through PT Multimedia Nusantara (Telkom Metra). The purpose of establishing ILCS is to present  a Port Community System (PCS), which is a system that provides information transparency, monitoring the flow of goods, facilitating document exchange, and integrated electronic payments for the entire Indonesian logistics community to connect to the global market. As well as presenting e-logistics services that integrate all logistics stakeholders starting from cargo owners, shipping lines, trucking  companies, freight forwarders, Terminal Operators and Government in one platform  through the Port Community System. This is in line with the vision of the National Logistics System (Sislognas), namely the formation of a national logistics system that is locally integrated, globally connected.

On October 9, 2020, IPC purchased 100% of ILCS’ ownership shares. Then along with the acquisition of shares and the development of the Government’s initiatives through Inaportnet, ILCS transformed into an IT Solution Provider for the IPC Group. This is in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between IPC and ILCS on December 15, 2020.
