Jakarta, July 16, 2024 – PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS), a leading IT solutions provider in the port and logistics sector, reaffirms its commitment to supporting digital transformation within the Pelindo Group by signing a Cooperation Agreement with PT Pelindo Multi Terminal (SPMT). This agreement governs the use of PTOS-M (Manage Recurring Charge), a system designed to optimize multipurpose terminal services within PT Pelindo Multi Terminal.
The signing, which took place on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, marks a strategic step in strengthening the synergy between ILCS and SPMT in delivering technology solutions that are not only efficient and reliable but also compliant with prevailing regulations and aligned with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
PTOS-M is part of ILCS's efforts to support SPMT, a Pelindo Group entity, in enhancing the quality of services at terminals through a system capable of managing and optimizing multipurpose terminal services. With the implementation of PTOS-M, SPMT is expected to achieve higher operational efficiency and provide faster and more transparent services to all customers and stakeholders.
